Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. Annual purchases are charged at checkout. Pricing, taxes, and renewal terms appear during Stripe Checkout.

You may request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically reverse previously processed charges or remove amounts already owed.

Failed or disputed payments may suspend access while billing is resolved. We may retry payment as permitted by the payment agreement and applicable law.

Digital access and individualized work may make charges non-refundable after delivery begins, except where required by law or expressly approved. This draft must be reviewed for every jurisdiction where Anastasis sells.
